FUNAM criminal charges against organizers of the Dakar, THE SECRETARY OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATIONAL AUTHORITIES OF CORDOBA.
ALSO documented dozens of serious violations that endangered the lives of people whose cars ON ROUTE normal traffic (see photos attached).
Dr. Raul Montenegro, president of FUNAM, filed a complaint with the Federal Prosecutor No. 3 by Graciela López de Filoñuk.
FUNAM also denounce in the next few hours the 2011 Dakar Rally drivers for dangerous driving on Route 38, between the output of Córdoba and the intersection with Route 17.
Rally Cars and trucks routinely violated at high speed with overtaking prohibited areas, circulated openly in the opposite and used the verges on a route not authorized for competition.
